The Füri Rachael Ray TECH EDGE Pro Knife Sharpening System (handle with black guard and 3 sharpener components) combines three stages of professional knife sharpening into one simple and compact unit. Each sharpening component is easily mounted in a common slot in the Easy Store handle, to allow quick changes between the sharpening stages. TECH EDGE works on most regular non-serrated brands of knives, and most days only the final fine honing stage is required to maintain perfectly sharp professional edges.
